Vex 8 is the latest entry and the most varied. The core is unchanged, a stickman crossing acts of spikes and saws with frequent checkpoints, but new traps and short vehicle sections break the rhythm up. The acts are longer than before, the challenge stages are unforgiving, and the stars are hidden well.

If you finished Vex 7 this is the next step. If you have not played one, start here anyway; the first acts teach everything.

How to Play Vex 8

1. Start at Act 1.
2. Run, jump, wall-jump and slide to the exit.
3. Use the checkpoints and grab the stars where you can.
4. Unlock the challenge stages and time trials by clearing acts.
